Access to HelpFlow Platform

If you do not have access to the HelpFlow platform and wish to request one, please send us an email at support@helpflow.net

Here's how to access your account on our platform.

HelpFlow Client Platform:

  • You can review chats and give us feedback with the click of a button
  • You can also see, revise, and create new FAQs that we use to help visitors during chats

To access the platform: 

  1. Go to https://app.helpflow.net/. Login using your username and password.
  2. Click on the left side on "Chats" or "FAQs" to review your chat transcripts and your FAQs. 
  3. You can change the password (if you wish) below by logging out of your account first and visiting https://app.helpflow.net/password/reset. Enter your email and we'll send instructions on how to set your password. Be sure to check your spam folder as some email systems mark "Forgot password' emails as spam automatically.
  4. Follow the instructions to reset your password. As part of that process, you will get logged into the platform.
  5. You can then use your new password to login in future at https://app.helpflow.net/
