Add app-helpflow-net@chat-schedule.iam.gserviceaccount.com as a "User" to both Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

We have new tools at HelpFlow that will allow us to provide a better service to you and your customers.

These tools include great new reports so you can see the impact of our service to your revenue and customer satisfaction, and automated tools for schedule management to ensure that our support team is always available when needed. We need some assistance on your end so we can deploy these tools successfully and you can start benefiting from them as soon as possible.

It's important to mention that you've already given us these same exact levels of access before for admin@helpflow.net, but we just need to add another email account that our system uses app-helpflow-net@chat-schedule.iam.gserviceaccount.com

Here are the details:

app-helpflow-net@chat-schedule.iam.gserviceaccount.com needs to be added as a 'user' to both Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (under Admin Settings > Users). We need 'read only' access in GA and 'publish' access in GTM (the same level of access that our main user - admin@helpflow.net - currently has).

Here are 2 tutorials with details:

  1. To add a user to Google Analytics as a "read-only" user, see https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1009702?hl=en
  2. To add us as a "publish" access to Google Tag Manager container, see https://support.google.com/tagmanager/answer/6107011?hl=en
